How wins work

  • The board has 9 reels × 3 rows and 19683 ways, with no fixed paylines. Matching symbols that appear on 3 or more consecutive reels from the left pay; the naruko clapper substitutes for regular symbols and appears on reels 2–9 only.
  • Every reel the troupe stands on is wild from top to bottom and counts as one way; entry tags under the troupe do not count.
  • In the base game a 2-reel troupe sometimes parades down the street and stops somewhere on reels 2–9; those 2 reels are wild for that spin.
  • 3/4/5 entry tags award 9/12/15 spins of Honban, where the troupe dances in from the left, steps right each spin, widens by one reel after every winning spin (up to 5 reels), and multiplies the finale spin by its width.

Paytable

Values are total-bet multiples per way: a win = total bet × table value × the product of matching symbols per reel. The naruko clapper (wild) counts as a matching symbol, and a reel the troupe stands on counts as one. On the finale spin the win is also multiplied by the troupe's width. The paytable is the same source as in-game.

Special symbols

Naruko clapper

Wild. Reels 2–9 only; substitutes for regular symbols, not for entry tags.

Entry tag

Scatter. No connection required: 3 or more start Honban; 3 or more during the bonus add 3 spins. Tags under the troupe do not count.

Features

A marching wild formation

Every reel the troupe stands on is wild, and the whole formation moves: in the bonus it steps one reel to the right every spin, carrying the ways along with it.

Honban — it grows when you win

3/4/5 entry tags award 9/12/15 spins of Honban; 3 or more during the bonus add 3 spins. The troupe dances in from the left (1 reel wide), and every winning spin adds another row of dancers at the back — one reel wider from the next spin, up to 5 reels. The width is kept for the whole bonus.

The finale

On the spin the troupe's leading row reaches the last reel, the win is multiplied by the troupe's width (up to ×5). On the next spin the troupe re-enters from the left at the same width.

Street parade

In the base game a 2-reel troupe sometimes dances down the street; the 2 reels where it stops are wild for that spin. It never stands on reel 1, so ways still start from the leftmost reel.

Volatility and positioning

Volatility 5.73. The 32.95% hit rate counts any winning round; 20.46% of all rounds return at least the stake. The base game carries about 60% of the RTP; Honban comes about once every 92.69 spins, the troupe widening as it marches and multiplying its finale by its width. A single round is capped at 2,500× the bet and ends when it hits the cap. This describes the product's positioning and does not guarantee any single session.

Bonus buy

Pay 36.59× the bet to start Honban (9 spins, the troupe starting 1 reel wide). The price follows the expected value of that purchase route (bonus-buy RTP 96.61%) and is calibrated separately from regular play.

Sources & verification scope

This product specification is written and maintained by its developer, Akitsora Gaming (AKI電子 in Taiwan). Measurement methods and sample information for RTP, volatility and hit rate appear in the specification table. Sampled results have uncertainty; RTP describes long-run return, not an individual player or session outcome.

Internal simulations and tests are not independent certification. We do not currently hold GLI or BMM certification reports. Supply to a market requiring third-party certification depends on completing its requirements.

The story

Fiction and adapted settings written by Akitsora Gaming for this title, including invented dialogue and events. This is not a historical or folklore reference. The rules and specification tables define the gameplay and math.

Midsummer noon, and the whole avenue rings with wooden clappers.
The great banner sweeps high as the dancers leap into the street.

I. Clappers Ringing Down the Summer Avenue

Under the blazing August sun, the main avenue of the festival town is lined with cheering crowds and rows of red-and-white paper lanterns. Ahead of the dancers rolls the decorated sound truck, its drums and shamisen riffs echoing between the buildings, and at the call of the lead singer a hundred pairs of wooden clappers snap in unison.

The wide reel grid is that festival street right in front of the viewing stands. Across the board, painted fans, bright festival coats, and booming taiko drums spin beside the red-and-black Naruko clapper, which acts as a wild symbol on the inner reels to keep the ways flowing.

II. Great Banners and the Street Parade

At the head of the formation, the flag bearer swings a massive painted banner on a bamboo pole that arcs across the whole width of the lane. Unlike stationary folk dances, yosakoi is a marching dance: the troupe advances down the avenue step by step, carrying its rhythm forward with every beat of the music.

During the base game, a sudden Street parade may burst onto the avenue as a multi-reel formation of dancers leaps into view and halts across the inner reels. Every reel where the troupe stands becomes wild from top to bottom for that spin, turning the middle of the street into a wall of wilds.

III. Joining the Line During Honban

Collect enough wooden Entry tag scatters and the whistle blows for Honban — the main parade before the judges' stand. The troupe enters on the left side of the board as a full-reel wild formation and marches one reel to the right on every spin, carrying winning ways along with it down the street.

Better still, whenever a spin produces a win, more dancers leap down from the viewing stands to join the back of the formation. Each winning spin makes the troupe one reel wider from the next spin onward, growing into a sweeping block of wild reels whose width is kept for the entire bonus.

IV. Confetti Over the Grand Finale

On the spin when the leading rank of dancers reaches the rightmost reel, the music swells into The finale. The banner sweeps skyward, gold confetti rains over the avenue, and that spin's entire payout is multiplied by the current reel width of the troupe before the formation loops back to the left entrance at full size.

Cheers echo down the sunlit street as the wooden clappers strike their final chord and the dancers take their bow. That rousing parade is the game's festive theme, not a promise: every spin's outcome is still decided independently by the RGS random number generator.
